We start with titles carrying a specific September Netflix date, then favor a distinctive premise, a clear audience and enough information to make a recommendation without inventing a review. Marketing noise and franchise size can break a tie, but they do not automatically win it.
What did not make the cut
An omission is not a declaration that a show is bad. Some titles simply have too little reliable information for a useful verdict, while others repeat a genre or audience already represented more strongly above.
